Cancellation Policy

We’re so excited to connect and help you bring more flow, structure, and sustainability into your studio. To keep this experience seamless for both of us, please take note of the following booking guidelines: 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made through the official KHOOII booking system. You’ll receive an automated email confirmation with your Zoom link and call details once your booking is complete. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you can’t attend your booked call, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rebooking unless discussed directly. Please respect that this time is reserved exclusively for you, no-shows impact our ability to serve other studio owners. 3. Late Arrivals Calls start promptly at the scheduled time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited depending on the schedule. 4. Eligibility The free Studio Strategy Call is intended for current or aspiring boutique studio owners (aerial, pole, pilates, yoga, or wellness spaces). Limit: one complimentary session per studio. 5. Preparation Before your call, please complete the short pre-call form, this helps us tailor the conversation to your business and goals. Have a quiet space and reliable connection ready so we can make the most of our time together. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during the call is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. You’re welcome to take notes or record the session for personal reference (just let us know beforehand). 7. Next Steps After your call, you’ll receive a brief follow-up email with any relevant notes or recommendations. If you’d like to continue working together, we’ll outline consulting options, no pressure, just possibilities. 8. Agreement By booking your call, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to this policy.
