Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your Studio Audit & Growth Plan with KHOOII Consulting. This session is designed to give you focused, expert insight into your studio’s systems, structure, and strategy so you can take actionable steps toward sustainable growth. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both of us, please review the following policy before booking: 1. Booking & Payment This is a paid 60-minute video consultation valued at £120. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments are processed securely through KHOOII’s online booking system. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. If you fail to attend the session (no-show), the full fee is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at KHOOII’s discretion. 3. Late Arrivals Please ensure you’re ready to begin at the scheduled time. Sessions start promptly; if you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may be shortened or cancelled without refund. 4. Session Details All sessions are conducted via Zoom. A link will be automatically sent in your confirmation email. You are encouraged to bring any relevant data or notes (class schedule, pricing structure, system screenshots, etc.) to make the most of our time together. You will receive a written summary and 90-day action roadmap within 5 business days after your session. 5. Confidentiality All shared materials, client data, and studio details are treated as strictly confidential. You may record the session for personal use only - please let us know beforehand if you wish to do so. 6. Follow-Up Support This service includes one complimentary 15-minute check-in call within 30 days of your session to discuss progress or next steps. Ongoing consulting or training support can be arranged under a separate service agreement. 7. Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
