    Most on-demand and live classes require minimal equipment. A yoga mat, resistance band, and light weights are enough to start. I’ll always list any optional extras inside the class description, and as always you can do a class without equipment even if the class calls for it.
  • Do your programs support specific health concerns like hormone imbalances or gut issues?
    Yes! Our programs are created with hormone health, gut support, and detoxification in mind. Whether you're struggling with PMS, PCOS, fatigue, or just want to feel better — we’ve got you.
  • Do I need to be fit or flexible to join your classes or programs?
    Not at all! Whether you're just starting, postpartum, bouncing back from burnout, or leveling up your routine — everything is designed to meet you where you're at. No judgment. Just progress.
  • Can I cancel or pause my membership?
    Yes, babe. You can cancel or pause anytime — no strings, no guilt. Just log into your account and manage it under your membership settings.
  • What happens during a nutritional consultation?
    We’ll dig into your symptoms, habits, hormone health, and goals. Then I’ll build a practical, custom plan that includes meals, supplements (if needed), and daily rituals to support your body from the inside out.
  • Is this suitable for hormone issues, weight loss, or fatigue?
    Yes! I specialize in hormonal balance, cycle-syncing, gut health, and energy restoration — no crash diets or cookie-cutter advice here.
  • Can I do this online from anywhere?
    Absolutely. Consults are held via Zoom, and you’ll get a full protocol and follow-up guidance via email afterward.
  • What if I can’t make the live class time?
    No stress! All live classes are recorded and uploaded to your on-demand library within 24 hours, so you can catch up when it suits you.
  • How do I join a live class?
    You’ll get a link via email after booking or from your member dashboard. Click the link a few minutes before class — camera on or off, your choice!
  • Are live classes suitable for all levels?
    100%. We offer modifications and progressions for every move, so whether you're a newbie or a seasoned mover, you're in good hands.
  • How do I access the on-demand library?
    Once you’re a member, you’ll get full access to our class library. Log in, choose a class that fits your energy, and press play — anytime, anywhere. Be sure to download our app to get access.
  • What types of classes are included?
    You’ll find Functional Pilates, Cycle-Synced Workouts, Stretch & Strength, Sensual Movement, and Breathwork — all designed for hormonal harmony, strength, and soul alignment.
  • Can I search for classes by phase of my cycle or goal?
    Yes! Classes are categorized by energy level, goal (strength, flow, detox), and cycle phase (follicular, luteal, etc.) so you can move intuitively.
  • What can I expect from a private session?
    Each private is 100% tailored to your body, goals, and cycle. Whether it’s Functional Pilates, Pole, Aerial, or stretching — we move with purpose. You’ll get form feedback, real-time coaching, and a vibe that makes you feel seen.
  • Can I do a private session even if I’m a beginner or have an injury?
    Absolutely. That’s the beauty of 1:1 — we move at your pace, modify as needed, and make sure you’re supported every step (or stretch) of the way.
  • How do I book a private session?
    Head to the “Book Now” tab, select your preferred time, and fill in a short form so we know what you need. Sessions happen via Google Meet, and you’ll get a confirmation with your link.
