RECIPE: Hormone Loving Dipping Sprinkle Jar

Ingredients

For the snack:

  • 2 boiled eggs (soft or hard, your call)

Instructions

  1. Hard- or soft-boil your eggs to your liking. Let them cool and peel.

  2. Mix all sprinkle ingredients in a small jar or container with a secure lid. Shake well to combine.

  3. Dip each egg into the sprinkle mixture before every bite — or roll them completely for a crunchy, flavorful coating.

  4. Serve with cucumber slices or carrot sticks for a light, refreshing add-on.
