There are two types of mornings: the ones where you wake up ready to conquer the world... and the ones where even brushing your hair feels like a heroic feat. This oatmeal is for both. It’s easy, it’s indulgent, and it fuels your body like you actually care about it (even if you’re still emotionally in bed).
Why This Recipe is Great: This isn't your grandma’s oatmeal. It’s a full-on power breakfast that’ll keep your blood sugar stable, your hormones in check, and your hangry alter ego at bay. Packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats, it’s the kind of breakfast that screams, “I have my life together,” even if you’re still wearing last night’s mascara.

Star Ingredients:
Oats – Classic queen. High in soluble fiber and great for keeping blood sugar stable, she’s also been linked to reduced cholesterol. Your heart—and hormones—thank you.
Almond Butter – Rich in healthy fats, magnesium, and vitamin E. Basically, she helps keep your hormones happy and your skin glowing.
Berries – Full of antioxidants, low in sugar, and they make your bowl look like it belongs in a wellness influencer’s IG story. We love a photogenic superfood.
The Recipe: Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: flaxseeds, chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey
Instructions:
In a small pot, combine oats and almond milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Stir frequently for 5–7 minutes, or until thick and creamy.
Remove from heat. Stir in almond butter and cinnamon.
Top with berries and any of the optional extras your inner goddess desires.
Eat slowly. Or shovel it in between Zoom calls. No judgment.

3 Pro Tips:
Make overnight oats by mixing all ingredients in a jar and chilling it overnight. Lazy girls, rejoice.
Switch it up with peanut butter, cashew butter, or even tahini depending on your mood (or pantry situation).
Add a scoop of protein powder post-workout to make this your recovery meal. Gains + glow? Yes, please.
