RECIPE: Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with Smashed Cucumber Salad

This honey garlic glazed salmon is the queen of balance — sweet, salty, omega-packed, and paired with the crunchy gut-loving glory of smashed cucumber salad. Honey Garlic Salmon

Directions:

  1. Mix the glaze ingredients. Brush over salmon.

  2. Air fry or bake salmon at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 mins.

  3. Smash cucumbers with the flat side of a knife, chop, and mix with dressing ingredients.
