RECIPE: Smoothie Bowl with Banana, Berries, and Chia Seeds

This one’s for my girlies who want breakfast to feel like a spa day in a bowl—refreshing, beautiful, and a little bit extra. Smoothie bowls are basically your morning mood in edible form. And this one? She’s fruity, she’s fabulous, and she’s here to help you glow from the inside out.


Why This Recipe is Great - This smoothie bowl is rich in antioxidants, fiber, and omega-3s—aka the dream team for hormone balance, gut health, and keeping your energy from crash-and-burning by noon. It’s like skincare, therapy, and a pep talk all in one pretty bowl. Plus, it’s customizable AF. You do you, boo.

Star Ingredients and Their Benefits

  • Banana: Creamy texture, potassium for muscle recovery, and a natural source of sweetness.

The Recipe Base:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
